FAQs

What do I do if I am arrested?

The first and foremost thing a person should remember when arrested is to remain silent. Do not write anything down and request an opportunity to call your attorney. The police are not going to let you go if you tell them your side of the story. Their job is to make the arrest and so if you speak to them or give a statement you are possibly supplying them with evidence to use against you.
